Finale Arrangers Workshop 2018

The Metropole Orkest invites arranging talent to work with ‘the world’s leading pop & jazz orchestra’ from 25 ’till 30 October 2018. This workshop will provide young arrangers with a unique opportunity to work closely together with the orchestra under the supervision of its honorary conductor, the renowned composer, arranger and conductor Vince Mendoza.

This concert is the finale of the Arrangers Workshop. Metropole Orkest and Becca Stevens perform the arrangements the talented participants worked on over the week.

Becca Stevens: “I am absolutely thrilled that I will be collaborating with the MO Academy Arrangers Workshop. It is an honor to get to work closely with Vince Mendoza, and to pull together a program of my original music as well as beautiful songs we love, to have arranged by the talented young workshop participants. It’s going to be an inspiring five days, and I can’t wait to meet the arrangers with whom I will be collaborating!”
