Robbie Williams releases anniversary album with Metropole Orkest

To celebrate his 25th anniversary as a solo artist, Robbie Williams released his album ‘XXV’ today. The album features Robbie’s greatest hits, which he re-recorded with the Metropole Orkest. In addition, ‘XXV’ contains his latest single Lost. A deluxe version of ‘XXV’ has been released as well. This edition contains four more new tracks.

Jules Buckley, honorary conductor of the Metropole Orchestra, has rearranged Robbie’s hits for the recording of ‘XXV’. He did this together with composer Steve Sidwell and Robbie’s regular musical partner Guy Chambers.

Previously the singles Angels, Eternity, The Road To Mandalay, No Regrets and the new track Lost were released. ‘XXV’ includes Robbie’s first and second solo number one single Millennium and She’s The One as well as hits such as Let Me Entertain You, Supreme, Kids (with Kylie Minogue), Rock DJ, Feel and Come Undone. The deluxe version of ‘XXV’ also contains four previously unreleased tracks: Disco Symphony, More Than This, The World And Her Mother and Home Thoughts From Abroad.

You can listen to the album via Spotify and Apple Music. The cd and vinyl are available in the webshop.
