Eight talented young conductors are selected for the 4-day Hilversum Muziek Concours. In (public) master classes by Jan Stulen they get to conduct 3 very different ensembles, expanding their skill set.
In the final of the Hilversum Muziek Concours, the two remaining young talents take on the challenge of conducting the Metropole Orkest. The winner takes home the Young Conductors Award 2016.
