The winners of the Edison Jazz/World Awards will be announced again! After eight wonderful years in Eindhoven the Edison Organisation decided to move to the ‘Nieuwe Luxor’ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

These prestigious Dutch music prizes are one of the most important music prizes since 1960; besides the Edison Jazz Awards also the Edison Pop- and Edison Classical Music Awards belong to the organisation.

Edison Jazz/World will be working together with Rotterdam Festivals, North Sea Round Town and InJazz. Edison Jazz/World will start inJazz ahead of North Sea Jazz festival.

The Metropole Orkest will be of great presence again during the awards with wonderful music with promising artists.
